I once taught English to middle and high school students in Korea. And sometimes medical professionals gave private classes for English tests, which were essential to become university professors. As I can say now, adult classes were easier than middle and high school students. This is because adults are eager to get as much effect as they invest. However, this is because students have no sense of investment and attend classes only with a sense of duty as students.
One time, I taught fraternal twins. The sister and brother were very close and always attended together. Especially when they were young, the boy said he would marry his twin sister. She was born a few minutes before the boy,but it was said that their parents decided on the rank at home and made him call her “elder sister” They started class with me when they were in the first year of middle school.
The girl was good at English and the boy was good at math. That didn’t mean that there was a big difference in grades. However, over time, the difference in grades began to appear. The girl repeatedly continued her studies. The boy was stressed out because of his poor grades and would not listen to the explanation of the wrong parts. Even the English words that the twins had been memorizing hard,
the boy did not memorize them and often got into arguments with his sister. They didn’t even eat baby star snacks that they enjoyed together very much. I felt that the brother and sister, who seemed happiest when eating snacks, were gradually taking a different path. I think the reason for the difference in English improvement was that the boy had given up from a certain point on. He decided that he couldn’t beat his sister in English at a stage where he hadn’t even started. I thought he was smart, so I felt sad.

In fact, while giving up our possibilities with such a slight failure, we may be living. It is possible to have a conversation with foreigners as long as you have middle school-level English. If you want to be good at English,I’d like to tell you to study English books from middle school over and over again. With that level of grammar, dialogue is enough. And I suggest you concentrate on listening to memorizing words, and I think listening is better at a slightly higher level than your ability.
When I studied Japanese, I watched Japanese dramas a lot, and I even got the nickname “TV kid” at that time. I asked a Japanese acquaintance to record a topic that was written in a Japanese magazine that I was interested in. Then, while listening to it, I tried to look up the dictionary by adding hiragana sounds to words written in kanji. I listened to the words that I couldn’t hear well over and over again.
It was very helpful that Korean and Japanese have similar grammar. In the process of listening in this way, one day, I heard the other person’s words and started to understand them, and I still remember such a wonderful feeling.
In a previous book, I saw learning using frequency as a way to get spies to learn a foreign language quickly. Because the languages of those countries have their own frequencies,it was a way to study a foreign language after listening to frequencies appropriate to the language you want to learn. It is said that the frequency recognized by the brain makes us remember the language we are trying to acquire better. The frequency range also varies depending on the language, because Russian has the widest frequency, it is said that while Russians have a high language acquisition ability, it is difficult for us to acquire Russian.
There are many different methods, but language is culture, and culture is definitely more fun when it is interested I don’t contact twins now, but the twins should be living hard in society. Regardless of whether they speak English well or not. They were fraternal twins who didn’t listen to well what I said, but today I only remember good things.
